You can purchase items separately or you can purchase one of our combo deals. Here is a visual breakdown of the Super Feeder components. First there is the basic Super Feeder unit. You can wall mount your feeder or choose to purchase our custom designed stand. You can choose to add an optional hopper for more storage. Then choose your controller. You can use your choice of timer or wi-fi plug to control your automatic feeder from your phone. You can purchase these from us or you can use any timer or smart plug that you already own.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

All Super Feeder models are constructed from thick, high-impact acrylic and polycarbonate plastics, rugged polypropylene internal components, and stainless-steel hardware for long-lasting reliability. The heavy-duty materials resist condensation, stand up to harsh conditions, and are designed to be highly resistant to animal interference. Every component is replaceable and readily available, making maintenance simple should you ever need it. Super Feeders are extremely weather-resistant and suitable for virtually any indoor or outdoor feeding application. The only thing you will need to operate, power and trigger your feeder is some wire and any inexpensive remote plug-in timer. You will need indoor power adapters and controls (timers or smart plug) for indoor use and you will need the power adapter kit and outdoor rated controls for outdoor use. Included Items

CSF-3 Indoor or Outdoor Cat/ Small Animal Model: “Basic” package includes Super Feeder housing unit, two 2-cup clear hopper extensions (for a total feeder capacity of 4-3/4 cups), lid, chute cover, powder coated black metal mounting bracket and tie strap, indoor power adapter (for indoor models) or outdoor power adapter kit for (for outdoor models - which includes: 6ft cord w/ coax plug, 30’ long wire & coaxial plug-to-wire adapter), hardware bag, and printed operating manual. The CSF-3XL model includes a 1.5 gallon black hopper (24 cups capacity) to stack on top of the basic CSF-3 Super Feeder (for a total feeder capacity of 28-3/4 cups).

Indoor Stand / Bowl Version

Our custom designed stand with bowl is the perfect way to mount your Super Feeder for indoor use. This heavy-duty indoor black ABS mount has been specifically designed to mount the CSF-3 and CSF-3XL Cat/Small animal Super Feeders. It comes with a short 10" vertical tower to fit the feeder’s special metal bracket, and a 10" x 11" platform with 4 rubber feet. Place it against a cabinet or wall in your kitchen, or whatever. Our custom designed dishwasher-safe special Kibisan® bowl (made with a special high-grade kitchenware material known as “AS” by Kibisan®) is especially designed to spread kibbles to the outer edge for better food access to pets and away from the feeder's chute cover. When installed under the Super Feeder mounting bracket, this removable bowl will be locked in place and will not be dislodged by small pets. The eating area is bowed at the back to disperse the kibbles side to side and is about 9" wide, slightly below the width of the stand. There is a clearance of 2-1/8" between platform and bottom of feeder if you are going to use your own bowl.

Indoor or Outdoor Wall Mount Version

Each feeder comes with a bracket and strap (and hardware) for you to be able to mount your feeder on a 2x4, 4x4, pipe or similar mounting application. It can also be operated without its power adapter by hooking it up directly to a timer/transformer for a 12 Volt landscape lighting system or a sprinkler system timer which normally supplies 24vac. Operate it like a "zone" valve. If you do not already have one of these timers or timer/transformers, we stock a vast selection of digital or analog model timers and indoor/outdoor wi-fi plugs.

Installation

See the Installation page for installation instructions including Assembly and Preventive Maintenance videos. There are various ways to mount your CSF-3 Cat/Small Animal Super Feeder. The CSF-3 model comes with a black powder-coated metal "L" shaped mounting bracket and one metal strap. If indoors, you may consider a combo with fitted custom stand/bowl and timer/smart plug.

When mounting this feeder outdoors, make sure you protect the chute opening from animals like raccoons with a guttering system or enclosing the feeder appropriately. Even though the chute cover will protect the chute opening from the outdoor elements, it will not protect intrusion by large animals, particularly raccoons who could rip it off even possibly resulting in feeder housing damage. The chute area should be adequately protected by an external device or the feeder installed in an enclosure of some type as shown on our CSF-3 Outdoor Custom Installation page.
