WARRANTY STATEMENT

We, at Super-Feed Enterprise, warrant our Super Feeders to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR from the original date of purchase by the original owner/purchaser. On claims submitted as outlined above, we will repair, or at our discretion replace without charge any of our feeders or accessories* that have failed through defect in material and/or workmanship (DC timers are warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase). Warranty does not cover any Super Feeder® or accessory if it is being or has been used for any purpose other than its obvious original intent, has been damaged, altered or installed contrary to instructions. Furthermore, if any attachments or accessories have been altered or damaged, the cost of such items will be deducted from the feeder's original package price for refund purposes. We assume no other liabilities or responsibilities other than listed herein. 

WARRANTY AND REPAIR PROCEDURES

We, at Super-Feed Enterprise, are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate automatic feeder and the quality support necessary to assure your utmost satisfaction. In the event that warranty or other non-warranty related repairs are required, we are here for you. We will strive to complete all necessary repairs as quickly as possible.  For warranty repair, ship your product to us postage or delivery charges prepaid. You will be responsible for any damage incurred while in transit.  We'll pay for the return shipping back to you via 3-5 Day "Ground" shipping. If you desire any other mode of shipment, Express Mail as an example, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. Please include a brief statement regarding the problem along with your original purchase receipt, your name, address and phone number where you can be reached. You may also submit your E-mail address for easy correspondence, should the need for questions arise (we do not submit your e-mail address to third parties). For non-warranty items, you will be charged for repairs and shipping. Please obtain a quote from us before sending that item for repair. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If your Super Feeder® has been purchased from a source other than directly from us, you should contact the seller for return/refund policy.  If purchased directly from us, you will only be refunded for the original price of the feeder as verified by original receipt (no copies), not shipping and handling, and also subject to limitations listed below.  You should contact us for warranty/return procedures. Furthermore, for a full refund of the feeder price, product must be returned in its original packaging and condition (unless you are not fully satisfied with its operation after use) within 30 days of purchase.  If you demand a refund for a feeder in its original packed and unused condition as listed above after that 30 day period, there will be an additional re-stocking fee of $20.00   Non-exchanged, functional DC timers also require a re-stocking fee of $20.00 for return with refund request.

SAFETY REMINDER

All Super Feeders have been thoroughly tested and found to be extremely dependable in providing your pet (s) with timely meals; however, as with any machine, a feeder should be monitored at regular intervals for proper operation. If you anticipate being away for an extended period of time where a lack of food could cause harm or even death to your pet (s), you MUST make arrangements with someone to inspect your feeder at regular intervals.

(*)  Includes DC timers, but does not include some other timers stocked by Super-Feed, which should be returned as per original manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.  Please contact us for guidance.
